"In a Lease Option Wholesale Transaction -- the investor finds a MOTIVATED home owner, with a pretty house, willing to lease out their property for 12+ months AND ALSO willing to sell the property during that same time frame. The investor enters in to an "Assignable Lease with the Option to Buy Agreement" with the home owner.
